The restaurant is located on the border between Zichron Yaakov and Binyamina and overlooks the vineyards between them. It is a dairy oriented restaurants led by chef Gunter Biederman. The chef uses local and seasonal ingredients. The menu is varied at all hours of the day and includes a wide variety of flavors such as; Refreshing salads, pastries baked in a unique wood oven so you can find excellent croissants, sourdough breads and all kinds of pastries. You will also find unique fish dishes in the way they are treated. The dishes are accompanied by a bottle of wine from the winery itself and it is adapted to the type of meal ordered. After the meal, it is possible to go on a tour of the winery, where you will learn about the wine production process and taste their wine alongside the chocolates they sell. At the store you will find wine from the winery, excellent chocolates, a variety of olive oils and jams produced by them.
